First, the size of reinforcement holes shall be reserved before and after construction
In particular, the holes on the section steel can be as small as possible, so that the steel can have good strength. It should also be considered to reduce the loss of section steel to facilitate construction. In addition, when drilling the steel structure, the two symmetrical edges of the reinforcement should also be taken into account, especially the edges of the reinforcement with a diameter greater than 25 mm, which may increase the diameter of the reinforcement by 1~2 mm.
Second, the position of the reinforcement hole must be reserved in advance
When punching, the upper, lower, left and right positions should be aligned accurately, otherwise it will not be smooth when threading the reinforcement. In the practice of steel structure construction, if the information of the construction party responsible for section steel construction is inconsistent with that of the civil construction party, both parties need to communicate in time during the construction process.
Third point, installation details of bottom steel column
If the embedded steel column at the bottom is relatively light, we can use machinery for hoisting, while manual position calibration can. This has many advantages.
First, it can ensure the accuracy of the installation position; Second, because the component processing plant has completed the foundation fabrication of the steel column, the center of the profiled steel column must coincide with the center of the base plate during fabrication, so the corresponding outer contour is also parallel; Third, use a tower crane or other auxiliary installation machinery to lift the foundation embedded column, and then slowly lower the foundation embedded column, so that the four corners of the column base plate and the base plate of the column foot aligned with the contour line are on the mat. It will save time and labor to strike while the iron is hot, which can greatly improve the progress of the steel structure construction.
Then we can use two theodolites to calibrate the position of the foundation embedded column. Then fix the two theodolites on the vertical and horizontal axes of the column respectively, and move the position of the column so that the front centerline of the column coincides with the view points of the two theodolites, which can ensure the verticality of the column.
